Fatty Liver

Fatty liver is a broad term that describes the result of the accumulation of excess fat in liver cells over a long period. Fatty liver is considered more as a “clinical phenomena,” rather than an independent disease. The main reason for this disease is the patient himself. It is much more common in the west than in Asia and appears to be diet/lifestyle related. In the west, there are many reasons for the formation of fatty liver, such as drinking, eating meat, and lack of exercise. We provide successful treatment for fatty liver, although patients have to improve their lifestyle habits for best results. TCM Practitioner Zheng Chen is experienced in the treatment of fatty liver. Patients generally will see a more relaxed body state, less fatigue, improved energy, and other positive changes usually after only one week’s treatment. The complete treatment of fatty liver needs two to three months, however. All the results used in our treatment are based on the patient’s own test reports from his or her own family physician.
